This workshop is designed as an introduction for the kitchen manager and the owner of a food business. It covers basic preventive maintenance tips and practices that can save you literally hundreds of dollars over the lifetime of the equipment. When possible we will also look at specific pieces of equipment and their maintenance features. This class is also very useful for maintenance professionals and facilities managers.
